Bruce Jacquard Exotic Woods - Wood Carvings

Born and raised in Yarmouth County in Southwest Nova Scotia.   Discovering my love of art back in high school creating for the school paper.  From there I soon moved on to work with more depth, sculpture.   My medium being mostly in wood, I soon found the carving of people to be my niche.  Human likeness in bas relief or in full dimensions in their everyday situations a favorite subject.   I find now that exotic woods from around the world to be an added feature to some of the best work I have done.   I have art in collections around the world, all over Canada, Hawaii, and mainland USA, England, Germany, France, Australia, Japan and others.   Currently working with a group to furnish large bas relief works to board rooms and hotel lobbies in Waikiki on Ohau, Hawaii.

A commission of any of these pieces or any other can be quoted on.   Any requests?  Please forward photos or pictures and as much information as possible.  Colors, size, etc. and I will send a detailed sketch and quote on what a completed cost would be.
